Vendor: Cyan Eclipse Technologies · Platforms: MCP over stdio (HTTP transport on roadmap)
Certification scope
CERTIFIED(local) — Eclipse Bazaar Test Bench 2026-10-25, 13 pass, 1 na of 14 checks (U1 auth: stdio process boundary). Run by W-003 (Verity), suites/forecast.py.
What it does
- The Polymarket adapter of the Eclipse Markets suite (Wing B), in M0 data form: Gamma-shaped data normalizes into Eclipse Book canonical Instruments, with token/outcome mapping pinned from the venue's own arrays
- Resolution criteria verbatim + hash-pinned: a criteria edit on re-sync fires CRITERIA_CHANGED and positions keep criteria as of entry; UMA-shaped resolutions enter the core lifecycle with DISPUTED first-class
- Fee-truth quotes from the venue's dated fee schedule (stale schedule degrades to FEE_UNVERIFIED); liquidity flags are honest at the boundary; every output carries money_class: REAL
- The US trading surface is ABSENT by design: no order, trade, account, or API-key tool exists, and geoblock-circumvention-shaped tool names are refused by name
- The forecast is the venue's priced output, never Cyan Eclipse's prediction; no output carries a probability field

Problems it addresses
- I want Polymarket's prices with their resolution criteria and liquidity attached — not a screenshot of a number
- US access to this venue is geoblocked, and I need the data without anyone reaching for a circumvention-shaped workaround
Not tested
- Live Gamma / CLOB public reads — M0 runs against fixtures shaped like the real public API responses behind a transport seam (load_fixtures); the live public-read transport is a later verification step.
- Polymarket US (QCX) data or trading — a separate CFTC-designated venue with its own chapter (spec 12.1), M2+ phase; Global and US data never blend in one Quote.
- UMA oracle state beyond the fixture set — dispute windows/finalization tracked as fixture-shaped Resolution records in M0.
- Any trading surface — absent by design (Grade X for US persons, spec 4.2/8.2); nothing to test because the capability does not exist.
