Vendor: Cyan Eclipse Technologies · Platforms: MCP over stdio (HTTP transport on roadmap)
Certification scope
CERTIFIED(simulator) — Eclipse Bazaar Test Bench 2026-10-25, 15/16 checks pass, 1 na (U1 auth: stdio process boundary). Run by W-003 (Verity), suites/marquee.py.
What it does
- Normalized event discovery preserving section, row and seat semantics across feed shapes
- Face value and every fee stay separate fields forever; watcher ceilings compare the all-in per-ticket price only
- Price Watcher that may only tighten: ceiling down, sections narrower, expiry no later — loosening rejected by name
- Expired watches cannot alert, however deep the price dips
- Alerts and evaluations receipted into first-party price history with per-source lineage
- No purchase, checkout or transfer tools exist in v0.1 (capability denylist enforced in code)

Problems it addresses
- Ticket face prices mislead — I need alerts on the all-in price including fees
- A price watcher must not be quietly loosened after I set it
- I want price history for events I follow, with sources attached
Not tested
- Live Ticketmaster Discovery or SeatGeek Platform calls — no API keys exist (owner Wave-2 item) and v0.1 contains no live marketplace code path; all discovery and prices come from shipped local stub fixtures.
- F1 buy-under-mandate — not built in v0.1; no purchase, checkout, transfer, or resale tools exist.
- F2 group logistics, chain-of-custody ticket receipts, and entry-day readiness — not built in v0.1.
- Organizer/venue side — not built; partner-gated per spec.

Evaluation-intake listing
This listing records the tool's place in the Bazaar's evaluation
and monitoring pipeline, with the evidence gathered so far printed above — verdict, scope,
and not-tested items included. It is not sold on this site, and its presence in the catalog
is not a claim beyond that evidence. The service behind every verdict is the bench:
