Vendor: Cyan Eclipse Technologies · Platforms: MCP over stdio
Certification scope
CERTIFIED(local) — Eclipse Bazaar Test Bench 2026-10-25, 15/16 checks pass, 1 na (U1 auth: stdio process boundary). Run by W-003 (Verity), suites/muster.py. First run FAILED card retained in results/ (bench-suite self-defect: U7 subsequence order; fixed and re-run clean).
What it does
- Canonical Customer Graph: Person, Company, Deal, Ticket, Conversation, Activity — every field lineage-bearing, every record carrying a Data Rights Ledger block
- Identity merges propose-only: evidence and conflicts surfaced; execution requires an owner-confirm token bound to the proposal hash; unmerge restores exactly from the receipt snapshot
- Field-level masking at egress (Deep Field pattern): phone partial; email full on the owner surface, domain-only on analytic surfaces; government/payment/health fields nulled in v1
- Reply drafting from record facts only, with citation lists; untraceable facts become MISSING_FACT markers
- Herald Security Law #1 at ingest: instruction-shaped customer text is quarantined as data, never commands
- Hash-chained, content-free receipt ledger for every governed action

Problems it addresses
- My CRM and helpdesk disagree about who a customer is, and record merges are irreversible
- Agents drafting support replies invent facts the record does not contain
- Customer content copied into receipts and logs becomes an exposure
Not tested
- Live platform ingestion of any kind — C0 Muster is fed records by callers/fixtures; adapter-fed ingest is proven at C1 when Haven/Orbit connect live.
- Cross-adapter identity proposals against real two-platform data — the propose/confirm/unmerge mechanics are proven on synthetic fixtures only.
- Encrypted-at-rest graph store (house vault pattern) — C0 state is a local JSON file; the vault-backed store lands with the owner's production bucket (spec 5.6).

Evaluation-intake listing
This listing records the tool's place in the Bazaar's evaluation
and monitoring pipeline, with the evidence gathered so far printed above — verdict, scope,
and not-tested items included. It is not sold on this site, and its presence in the catalog
is not a claim beyond that evidence. The service behind every verdict is the bench:
