Vendor: Cyan Eclipse Technologies · Platforms: MCP over stdio (HTTP transport on roadmap)
Certification scope
CERTIFIED(simulator) — Eclipse Bazaar Test Bench 2026-10-25, 14/15 checks pass, 1 na (U1 auth: stdio process boundary). Run by W-003 (Verity), suites/pantry.py.
What it does
- Fail-closed DEX/UCS ingest: malformed files rejected whole, at the offending line
- PCI law in code: a PAN-shaped string anywhere in an export rejects it, and the digits appear in no error, state or receipt
- Per-selection inventory reads with staleness flags and full lineage
- Sales summaries reconciled against hand-computed totals, cash vs cashless split
- Days-to-empty stock-out forecasts (labeled heuristics from measured velocity)
- Fault reads from DEX event records; unenrolled machines invisible
Tools

Problems it addresses
- I run vending machines and learn about stock-outs from customers
- Fleet sales totals must reconcile to the cent
- Card data must never enter my telemetry pipeline
Not tested
- Live platform routes (Cantaloupe Seed / Nayax APIs or scheduled exports) — C0 ingests local DEX/UCS-style export files only; per-platform export formats are [verify] per the addendum and untested against real platform output.
- Multi-read velocity on real fleets — forecast delta method is implemented and unit-tested with a synthetic second read; no real route history has been run.

Evaluation-intake listing
This listing records the tool's place in the Bazaar's evaluation
and monitoring pipeline, with the evidence gathered so far printed above — verdict, scope,
and not-tested items included. It is not sold on this site, and its presence in the catalog
is not a claim beyond that evidence. The service behind every verdict is the bench:
