Vendor: Cyan Eclipse Technologies · Platforms: MCP over stdio (HTTP transport on roadmap)
Certification scope
CERTIFIED(simulator) — Eclipse Bazaar Test Bench 2026-10-25, 14/15 checks pass, 1 na (U1 auth: stdio process boundary). Run by W-003 (Verity), suites/procure.py.
What it does
- Nine-stage fail-closed pipeline: intent, identity check, quote, wallet-shaped policy authorization, sandbox payment authorization, simulated checkout, receipt ledger, order tracking
- Hash-bound intents: the approval binds the exact quote the owner saw
- Incomplete quotes (e.g. tax unknowable) can never be authorized at any stage
- Abort-on-drift at the payment-authorization boundary: a changed final total aborts before any payment record exists
- Single-use, hash-bound mandate tokens above the approval threshold; forged or replayed tokens rejected
- Every persisted record carries a Data Rights Ledger lineage block

Problems it addresses
- I need an agent to buy things without inventing its own checkout rules
- If the price changes at checkout, the order must die before money moves
- Every procurement record should carry its provenance
Not tested
- Any real merchant, real payment rail, or real money: none exists in this build. The merchant adapter reads shipped fixtures, the payment rail is a sandbox stub authorizing TEST value only, checkout confirmation is simulated, and the file contains no network calls. Policy evaluation re-implements the Eclipse Agent Wallet's documented policy semantics locally by reference; live interoperation with the wallet MCP is untested (and the wallet's files are untouched).

Evaluation-intake listing
This listing records the tool's place in the Bazaar's evaluation
and monitoring pipeline, with the evidence gathered so far printed above — verdict, scope,
and not-tested items included. It is not sold on this site, and its presence in the catalog
is not a claim beyond that evidence. The service behind every verdict is the bench:
