What it does

Canonical content object: versioned, SHA-256 hash-bound (masters, claims with sources, rights, accessibility, disclosures, destinations, schedule)
Per-adapter native variants with classified diffs; a rewrite that drops a canonical number is flagged substantive
Hash-bound approvals: any change to media, copy, links, order, disclosure, schedule or destination invalidates approval for that variant
Engagement policy as product law: house caps evaluated per action, action-block means stop
Mode registry per adapter capability with probe-failure downgrades (never workarounds)
Per-account and family kill switches; every check receipted

Problems it addresses

The same post goes to many platforms and I cannot prove what was approved
