Vendor: Cyan Eclipse Technologies · Platforms: MCP over stdio (HTTP transport on roadmap)
Certification scope
CERTIFIED(local) — Eclipse Bazaar Test Bench 2026-10-25, 13 pass, 1 na of 14 checks (U1 auth: stdio process boundary). Run by W-003 (Verity), suites/strike.py. Run 1 PARTIAL card retained append-only (bench-suite parity assertion defect); run 2 is the standing card.
What it does
- The Coinbase exchange adapter of the Eclipse Markets suite (Wing A), in M0 public-data form: products and level-2 books normalized through the Eclipse Book core — the same canonical builders Forecast uses, so cross-adapter parity is bench-proven
- Coinbase ships official MCPs (account trading, wallet, CDP); Strike re-implements none of them — it is the public-data adapter only, and vendor account-MCP verb shapes are refused by name; account paths are an M1+ governed wrap behind vault credentials and the core placement gate
- Native product statuses the core vocabulary does not map surface as UNMAPPED with the native string preserved, never coerced
- Quotes carry all-in cost from the venue's dated fee schedule; a stale schedule degrades to FEE_UNVERIFIED while the price itself still serves
- No account tools exist in this build

Problems it addresses
- Coinbase's own MCPs want my account; I only want the public book, normalized like my other venues
- A product status my system did not recognize got silently mapped to 'open'
Not tested
- Live Coinbase public reads — M0 runs against fixtures shaped like the real public product/book responses behind a transport seam (load_fixtures); live public-read verification is a later step.
- Account anything — Coinbase's official account MCP exists and Strike's account posture is a governed WRAP of it (spec 10.1), M1+ scope. No account tool exists in this build; the vendor's Wallet/CDP MCP surfaces are other suites' chapters and are out of scope here.
- Account-specific fee tiers — M0 uses the public schedule shape, labeled as such; the account's own reported rates supersede at M1.

Evaluation-intake listing
This listing records the tool's place in the Bazaar's evaluation
and monitoring pipeline, with the evidence gathered so far printed above — verdict, scope,
and not-tested items included. It is not sold on this site, and its presence in the catalog
is not a claim beyond that evidence. The service behind every verdict is the bench:
