What it does
- Screens run locally in a zero-egress process against a locally sealed USPTO bulk corpus snapshot (vintage + records root named on every artefact)
- Every screen sealed as a recomputable two-layer receipt: what queries were run, against which snapshot, returning which records — provable later by offline recompute without trusting the server
- Lifecycle witness: for filed marks, status reads sealed as hash-chained event records with registry dates verbatim
- No verdict by construction: no clearance, risk, score, registrability, or infringement field exists anywhere; it files nothing and computes no deadlines (such requests refuse by name)

Problems it addresses
- I screened a candidate mark and need a receipt proving exactly which queries ran against which corpus snapshot and what they returned
- I need trademark screening evidence counsel can recompute offline, without the candidate mark ever being transmitted anywhere
Not tested
- Test Bench certification — UNCERTIFIED: no Test Bench scorecard exists for this product in test-bench/results/ and none is claimed; this listing is LISTED only
- Live TSDR status reads — require the operator's own TSDR key, held outside the product tree; without it the witness-read tool reports TSDR_KEY_NOT_CONFIGURED and seals nothing
Evaluation-intake listing
This listing records the tool's place in the Bazaar's evaluation
and monitoring pipeline, with the evidence gathered so far printed above — verdict, scope,
and not-tested items included. It is not sold on this site, and its presence in the catalog
is not a claim beyond that evidence. The service behind every verdict is the bench:
