Issue and verify signed A2A Agent Cards offline: the same cards.py / jwscore.py tooling the Cyan Eclipse Herald MCP runs in production shape
Offline verification with receipts — a card checks out (or doesn't) without calling home
Productizing as slate item T7; the tooling runs in-house today inside eclipse-herald-mcp — the Herald MCP server itself stays an MCP-class listing; this is its artifact-form toolkit
